- Originally a Japan exclusive, the Flatbox Beckman Boot returns to its country of origin in Red Wing's teacore Black Klondike leather. Bringing Japanese Americana to form, the Beckman Boot was originally conceived by Red Wing Japan's former manager, Michiya Suzuki, who sought out to recreate unstructured-toe work boot silhouettes of the 1930s - 50s America. A workhouse service boot, the 9060 Beckman is crafted using Red Wing's Black Klondike leather, an Asia exclusive leather lauded for its tea-core properties which yield a tannish brown patina with continued wear. The boot comes Goodyear welted and fitted with a durable GRO CORD Medallion outsole. Finished with signature Red Wing detailing including metal eyelets, speed hooks, and natural leather insole.
